Chance constrained resource allocation model in stochastic data envelopment analysis
Authors:
D. Modhej; M.Saneia; N. Shoja;  F. Hosseinzadeh Lotfi
Abstract:
The resource allocation problem of inverse Data Envelopment Analysis (inverse DEA) deals with the reallocation of input values for a given Decision Making Unit (DMU) when some or all of its outputs are changed while the efficiency score stays unchanged. Traditionally, DEA models neglect uncertain information of data (due to measurement errors, outlier observations, etc.) and the input and output parameters are taken deterministic.

Solving a directed profitable rural postman problem using two meta-heuristic algorithms
Authors:
Masoud Rabbani, Fahimeh Taghiniam
Abstract:
In transportation companies, the costs are highly dependent on the routes in which the customers are served. We investigate the problem where a company that should serve a set of customers has two internal vehicles and also delegates some services to external contractor. The problem is to determine the set of customers to outsource with the goal of minimizing the total cost including traveling cost (routing cost) and outsourcing cost (penalty cost).

Authors:
Jahanshah Charkhtab Moghaddam; Seyed ebrahim peyrovan; Saeed Dehghan
Abstract:
This research has been implemented with the purpose of identifying and classifying the environmental risks of dredging and planting layers operations in Khorramshahr port using PROMTHEE method and the analytical hierarchy process in 3 stages. In the 1st phase, by studying the implemented researches in this field and by holding brainstorm meetings with the managers and supervisors of the port, 27 important risks eventuated from dredging and planting layers operations, were discovered. In the 2nd phase, at 1st by using the hierarchy analysis, the weight of each occurrence, severity and detection frequency index were calculated.

The Power System Stabilizer (PSS) Types And Its Models
Authors:
Saeed Shakerinia
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the power system stabilizer and its types and models. Power system stability is the ability to maintain a stationary state in an electrical system after a disturbance has occurred. This disturbance can for instance be loss of generation, change in power demand or faults on the line. The PSS introduces a signal that optimally results in a damping electrical torque at the rotor. This torque acts opposite of the rotor speed fluctuations Other solutions on the oscillation problem exist.
