The decision of the Agricultural Bank staff using the financial information

Abstract:
The awareness of having qualitative characteristics of financial information is important. The study population consisted of all agricultural bank employees. Therefore, all members of the society are examined through a questionnaire survey. (N = 68). The results show that it can be claimed with 95% confidence that the bank staff decisions based on the information released from the accounting system to take action. Therefore, it can be concluded that the report and the bank's accounting system, financial information qualitative characteristics of decision-making is desirable and acceptable.

Statistical population of this research is Bandar Imam Khomeini Petrochemical Company that 1550 employees, of which 447 formal are 1103 informal workers.

Data envelopment analysis is non-parametric linear programming based technique concentrates on evaluating the efficiency of decision making units according to the inputs/outputs and hence determining the weights of such inputs and outputs is a challenging issue in this area. This current research addresses to a sensitivity analysis of expert statements in weighting them for evaluating the efficiency of some banks in Iran. For this aim, several importance levels are defined for expert statements and the efficiency of each bank is evaluated in different levels. With this manner, efficient units are determined by computational experiments.
