According to definition from hazard rate and hazard potential we think of the Ournstien – Uhlenbeck (O-U) process as a process describing a latent , unobserved ,development , reaches a certain level an event occurs for individual and consider a model where the hazard rate of each individual is modeled by the square of an O-U process and investigate the quasi – stationary distribution for O-U process then we look at the property of hazard rate . we further move introduce the Cox – Ingersoll-Ross (CIR) process and we point out a connection between the survival analysis based on O-U process with a quadratic rate and CIR process with linear rate.

Authors:
Samaneh Askari; Hassan Javanshir
Abstract:
Ensuring correct performance of system is one of important problems which are considered in designing a system. In fact, if reliability is not considered during system design, attempt to increase reliability in next steps is very costly and time-consuming. There are many ways to increase reliability in system which one of these methods is using redundancy. This paper will optimize reliability in a series-parallel system using this method. Because reliability and cost values for system components have always uncertainties, studying them in fuzzy form could be profitable. After creating mathematical multi- objective system with reliability and cost as objective functions and system volume and weight as constraints, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) will be used.

Abstract:
An artificial neural network is presented to determine the approximate values of internal forces for different members of a multi-story building. In addition, the lateral displacements of floors are calculated. In fact, they are required information for designing a building. Common method for finding these values is trial and error, which increases the cost of design. Although, obtained forces are approximate values, in many cases the results of numerical examples show that their errors are negligible. Furthermore, the effective earthquake forces in different floors are obtained by the presented method with a high degree of accuracy for controlling the structure.

Low voltage ride through (LVRT) ability in wind turbines is one of the most important requirements for their incorporation into the grid. LVRT concept is that wind turbines remain in the circuit during voltage drop and continue to deliver their capacity to the grid. SCIG steady-state wind turbines, which are mainly based on Squirrel cage induction generator, are not able to control reactive power and terminal voltage. Demand for reactive power is highly increased from this type of turbine during grid faults.

Reliability of distributed systems revolves around the way probability of free of failure software operating in a specified environment for a specified period with implications for having a huge effect on SDLC( Software Development Life Cycle). The reliability in distributed systems also is one of crucial concerns for all software vendors and end users. Software reliability models in providing reliable software are important since it makes important decisions. These models are powerful victors in the forecast, oversight and assessment of software reliability. Software reliability is categorized into three groups of user Oriented, architecture, state-based that emerge in the design stage of the software development. Big distributed systems are systems with distributed, dynamic, complex and modern computing environment.

Abstract:
According to the importance of fragility curves in seismic evaluation of buildings, fragility curves for a number of R/C frame buildings have been developed through a series of nonlinear time history analysis for 3-,5-, or 7- story bulidings in the current study. A number of accelerograms with different values of peak ground acceleration (PGA) besides different frequency contents for each buliding to create a rather huge statistical data in order to extend reliable fragilty curves are applied. The damage index of "plastic hinge rotation" will also be applied. Numerical results confirm the reliability and validity of developing fragility curves for R/C frames.

Abstract:
The encryption science provides the possibility of coding for the sensitive data between the two sides of the computer connection. In order to improve the performance and reliability of this technology, numerous attempts have been made. Cryptography based on quantum cryptography is one of the recent efforts to enhance the security parameters in these systems. The best and most applicant of quantum information to this day have been in quantum key distribution (QKD). Quantum key distribution is a method for exchanging secret keys between systems that need to communicate secretly. Security of quantum protocols in the presence of a quantum function is latent by a basic principle of quantum; lack of authentication in quantum protocols have made them vulnerable to hackers. This paper will examine the most widely-used protocols of quantum key distribution.

Multi-objective nature of socio-economic systems has made budget planners faced with some budget allocation challenges among which the unbalanced allocation of budget among organization's multiple goals is believed to be the most important one. To surmount this challenge, budget planners need to be informed of powerful budget allocation methods. To do so, different budget allocation methods have been developed among which the goal programming (GP) models seem to be widely applied. But, GP models in turn have different performances in terms of balanced allocation of budget among goals. The prime purpose of this study is to use a type of GP model which has a far better performance in terms of balanced allocation.

Abstract:
Analysis of water running up in coast slope which prevents damage to the coast and quality of coastal Structure is of particular importance in coastal engineering. There are numerous methods in order to analyze water running up. Smoothed particle hydrodynamic developed method (SPH) has been utilized in the paper underway. The SPH is the first and second order locative derivatives and has suitable adaptability and minimum error. The paper also used the Projection Method and Incompressible fluid which is suitable for Incompressible fluid and has good speed in solving. To apply the boundary condition it the applying boundary condition method was incorporated which prevents the escape of particles in the solid boundary, and the need for conventional common SPH methods, for example it does not add up additional particles in the solid boundary. Running up in the coastal slope was analyzed as single slope and results have been reported.

Gholamreza Sarlak; Reza Dashti; Amirhossen Etemadi
Abstract:
Proper installation of capacitors in a distribution network reduces the energy and power loss, increases the lines' capacity, and enhances the voltage profile. Optimal placement of capacitor includes determination of location, quantity, and timing of the parallel capacitor switching on distribution feeders in order to maximize financial savings. In this paper, using the idea of search gradient approach, a method for network's critical nodes' determination is offered so that reduces the problem dimension (therefore, this method is proper for large-scale distribution systems). In the next section, after a comprehensive examination of all capacitor installation types, the optimal approach has been found. The advantage of the proposed approach is to use standard capacitance values with respect to the real price.

Abstract:
Portfolio optimization is an important issue in investment where investor tries to select a proper combination of different securities in order to maximize the expected efficiency. In recent years, efforts have been made to guide investors and models have been presented; amongst these models, the portfolio optimization models have become a tool for improving decisions. In the current study, efforts have been made to offer a practical solution for optimal portfolio selection. For this purpose, a multi-objective mathematical programming model based on DEA and C5 classification algorithm have been designed and then, genetic algorithm has been used as a tool to achieve an optimal combination of risk and rating.

Proposing a new method for non-functional requirements analysis in software product line
Authors:
Mohammadreza Mohammadrezaei
Abstract:
Software product line development has long been considered in the life cycle of engineering domain and application engineering. Product line requirements analysis is an important phase in the domain engineering. Analysis of the requirements in this area, like individual systems, involves functional and non-functional requirements. In the area of functional requirements analysis of the product line, some work is done, and several methods have been proposed. However non-functional requirements analysis has been neglected.

High capacity robust audio watermarking scheme based on DWT transform
Authors:
Davod Zangene; Ali Nayeri Rad
Abstract:
This paper proposed an audio digital watermarking algorithm based on the Discrete wavelet transform (DWT) by combining with human auditory model and using the masking effect of human ears. This algorithm is realized to embed a binary image watermark into the audio signal and improved the imperceptibility of watermarks. Experimental results show that this algorithm has a better robustness against common signal processing such as noise, filtering, resampling and lossy compression.
