Abstract:
The importance of human resource management in today’s competitive world and the abilities of technology, have led to the widespread recognition of electronic human resource management (e-HRM). However, in very few academic researches has the e-HRM domain and its relation to other components been discussed in detail. This paper attempts to provide a better understanding of the e-HRM domain. Given that concept maps are a great tool for the provision of a holistic understanding of a phenomenon, the concept mapping approach is applied here. With this approach all the relevant phenomena to the e-HRM domain are addressed and ultimately a complete concept map of the e-HRM domain is presented.

Authors:
Kamran Shahanaghi; Mohsen Babashahi; Reza Ghesmati
Abstract:
Reliability of supply chain networks has received considerable attention in the literature. However, in the most of the past works, dependency relations between the network elements are disregarded, while this issue may have important effects on the results. In this paper the use of reliability theory as a performance index for supply chain network is suggested, and the dependency relations between the elements of the chain is taken into account. Suppliers and distributors in the supply chain are usually dependent and their dependency relations may be linear or nonlinear. A copula-based method for analyzing the reliability of supply chain network with dependent elements is used.

Optimal advertising-pricing decisions for national and private label competition in a dynamic framework
Authors:
Kamran Shahanaghi; Mohammad Reza Gholamian; Alireza Nowrouzi
Abstract:
In this paper, competition between a private label and a national brand is investigated in a marketing channel. We considered a marketing channel formed by one manufacturer and one retailer. The retailer sells the manufacturer’s brand and also sells her own private label. The manufacturer is considered as the leader of marketing channel, so the retailer plays the follower role in a Stackelberg differential game. Considering pricing decisions, advertising effort and promotion expenditure in the model provides a complete analysis of market conditions. The obtained results show the optimal marketing strategies including pricing and advertising for each of players. Eventually, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the applicability of the proposed model.

This paper presents a novel approach to far-sighted decision making in the field of time-dependent multiple attribute decision making (MADM). Recent research considers uncertain or incomplete information collected at different periods of time to introduce dynamicity in the decision making process. In addition, desirability of alternatives for the decision maker (DM) is a time-dependent function of environmental factors in many cases; thus, necessitating the use of a dynamic utility function for assessing the alternative’s utility which is also dependent on alternative attributes.

Abstract:
The most important moral virtues accepted in all communities are respecting human’s rights, freedom and dignity. These virtues call for honesty, fulfilling the promises, and in short, justice. Justice is a viable part of a regulated and organized community in which one’s personal and social rights and basic freedoms are at the focal point of importance; and the effort to reach equality in opportunities and freedoms are the most crucial means to achieve justice. It is vital to banish all privileges, monopolies, rents, and all unjustified inequalities (what is not beneficial to all) that are imposed by some to others. We should all know that such inequalities should not reflect in the minds of majority, people should not fear their government or despise their society and its history, and envy should not be the main reaction to other people’s status.

Abstract:
To be ahead of their rivals in international markets, enterprises should unite with suppliers and customers and advance activities and operations along with each other to reach agility in the supply chain (SC). The purpose of this study is to propose a model of and rank supply chain agility (SCA) indices in the cement industry. To identify SCA indices, a substantial review of the literature is provided and then, through fuzzy screening, 13 indices identified are confirmed. Also, through interpretive structural modeling (ISM), the SCA model is designed, and finally, based on the interrelationships defined among agility indices and experts’ options, and using fuzzy network analysis process (FNAP), the significance coefficient of each of the indices is calculated.

How to demand justice for the right of victim from waiver of defect option and action rule
Authors:
Mohammad Chamkoori; Shokrolah Khodadadi
Abstract:
One of the important jurisprudence rules in Iran law namely civil responsibility is action rule. However, unfortunately this rule is less considered by jurists and law makers and action rule is based on two meanings, one for security and another one is waiver of security. Security is raised in voidable onerous contracts in which non-owner takes measurements against the owner but waiver of security is when the owner takes measurements against himself. Action rule as waiver of security has exemption as total or partial. Some questions are raised here: What are the methods of demanding for justice of the person at loss of waiver of defect option? Or the damages of defect are waived by waiver of defect option or they can be claimed?

Peyman Akhavan; Ahmadreza Shekarchizadeh; Ali Abasaltian; Mahdi Abasaltian
Abstract:
In economic growth period of a company, as cash fund reservoirs are increasing, managers decide whether to distribute this among among shareholders, to spend it for internal expenditures, to use for foreign transactions and/or to maintain it. Information asymmetry theory, agency theory, equilibrium theory, finance hierarchy theory and free cash flow are theories on companies’ cash fund maintenance level. According to asymmetry theory, mitigation in information asymmetry (i.e. through increase in the quality of financial reporting) can lead into mitigation in cash fund maintenance by companies. According to agency theory, conflicts which can lead into identifying agency’s costs can also be used to justify cash funds maintenance behaviors by management.

Most of plant layout problems involve several conflicting objectives requiring a multi-objective formulation. Normally, Multi-objective approaches lead to the maximization of a weighted sum of score functions. Since normalizing these functions and quantifying the weights is not a straightforward process, such approaches face several challenges in practice. In this research, this difficulty is overcome by using ELECTRE method for evaluation of solutions. Several qualitative and quantitative objectives are considered referring to layout model that also allows practical constraints take into account. Due to these constraints, many of strings in the population resulting from this model may be in infeasible reigns; the common approach to solve such problems is to omit infusible solutions.
