Improving Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: New Approach to needs hierarchy
Authors:
Babak Nemati
Abstract:
In this article Maslow's hierarchy of needs is reviewed with two viewpoints: critical and supportive. We try to extract and classify the relevant subject related to the research content after studying and analysis of documents. Thus, because of their common characters, the needs that have been cited from some scientists could be gathered and make some new levels. The new Maslow's hierarchy of needs has been presented in this research and we added three levels EPISTEMOLOGY, LOG and EROS (Freedom), Which the relation between the new levels has been introduced in the body of this article. According to discussed items we can now present a new model for human hierarchy of needs. Also, we use a mathematical approach to increase the validity of research. In this article we subject new model for human excellence.  This model subjected that man in Eros is a free man because he is able to relatively control his needs. This is why he is moving in the direction of relative needless.

A Dynamic Approach to the Organizational vision in Uncertain Situations
[Case Study: Low Cost Airlines in Iran]

Mohammad Hakak; Fatemeh Shakhsian; Khaled Nawaser
Abstract:
The organizational vision as one of the key concepts of strategic management is significant in determining the organization ideal condition in the future. A static and inflexible outlook towards the changing future will cause to some essential problem for organizational vision. This research tries to study and analyze the most important factors that make the low cost airlines' vision more dynamic based on the review of the relevant literature and according to experts point of view. The findings show that the dynamics and flexibility of the internal and external organizational environment will be refluxed in determining the vision by regarding internal factors (organization and culture) and external factors (inter-organization relations and market). Thus, the position of the vision in the procedure of strategic management changes from a static picture to a powerful instrument in the hand of managers for upgrading the quality of strategic decision makings.

Evaluation of the Meteorological Data with Respect to Renewable Energy Applications
Authors:
Abdeen Mustafa Omer
Abstract:
The move towards a low-carbon world, driven partly by climate science and partly by the business opportunities it offers, requires the promotion of environmentally friendly energy sources and alternatives in order to achieve an acceptable stabilisation level of atmospheric carbon dioxide. This requires the harnessing and use of natural resources that produce no air pollution or GHGs and provide comfortable coexistence of humans, livestock, and plants. This article presents measurements of global solar radiation; diffuse solar radiation, wind speeds and directions, temperatures and relative humidities.

Review and classification the criteria affecting the happiness of human resource at work and prioritization with significance evaluation matrix, Case study: Bank
Authors:
M. Kordi, K. Noghondarian, M. Maleki
Abstract:
The interest to surveying happiness of human resource at work and effective criteria on happiness in recent decades has increased. Feeling the happiness is Basis for human experience and influence the efficiency of the organization. In this paper first by review of related papers to happiness of human resource at work among the criteria be classified and then by using of the decision making method of significance evaluation among factors be prioritized. In this regard, designed a questionnaire and has been sent for twenty-three professional banks.  After  completing the questionnaire and their quantitative analysis achieved prioritizing among of factors and results find that criteria of job satisfaction, Thriving & Flourishing, Specialization and  Good work/life balance are  the most effective on the subject of happiness of human resource at work and have the strongest connection to other criteria.

Efficiency evaluation by data envelopment analysis in three types; deterministic, fuzzy and fuzzy by limited weighs. (Case study: Melli banks of Mazandaran province)
Authors:
Mehrdad Valipour; Vahid Amin; Aziz Noruzi Nodehi
Abstract:
Each organization needs an evaluation policy in order to know about utility degree of subsystem activates to measure this utility. One of the most practical methods for evaluating efficiency is data envelopment analysis. Restriction of this method is data sensibility. It means that the data of this technique needs to be specific and deterministic. This technique is expanded for using of these types of data, since some organization data are qualitative, approximate, rage and imprecise. Fuzzy data envelopment analysis has been used in this paper to remove limitation and weaknesses. First. We have paid to identify input and output indexes of this model. The amount of these indices can be precise, approximate and vague. Then the degree of relative importance of these indices can be measured approximately through feedback from experts. Finally. Data Envelopment Analysis model can be solved by considering specific and in specific data and experts view about relative importance of input and output indices.

Solving a parallel batch production scheduling problem using a Bee Algorithm
Authors:
Ebrahim Teimoury; Hamidreza Haddad
Abstract:
This paper presents a model for a supply chain consisting of a supplier, a manufacturer and a customer with objective of minimizing the delivery time of last order to customer (Makespan). The problem is first described and solved in small scales by Lingo 11.0. Then, because of problem complexity, a Bee Algorithm (BA) methaheuristic approach is developed to find near optimal solutions in reasonable run times.

Maryam Shabani; Mahsa Pezeshki; Samira Parsaiyan; Mina Danaie
Abstract:
This paper makes a comparison of global, feedback and smoothed-piecewise neural prediction models for financialtime series (FTS) prediction problem. Each model is implemented by various neural network (NN) architectures: global model by a multilayer perceptron (MLP), feedback model by a recurrent neural network (RNN) and smoothed-piecewise model by a mixture of experts (MoE) structure. The advantages and disadvantages of each model are discussed by using real Tehran exchange return data: 3 continuous years data of Tehran stock exchange (TSE) index (TEDIX) that collected from Tehran stock exchange corporation site. The comparison for each model is done based on well-known criterion mean squared error (MSE). Finally, it is observed that the smoothed-piecewise neural model have the best prediction among the other models and gives the outputs more near than real data.

Authors:
Mostafa Heidari Haratemeh; Mohsen Ameri Shaharabi
Abstract:
This paper deals with the review and dissect, Hisao causality test, and to investigate was compiled and how its application in study and defines the causality relations between macroeconomic variables, and to assess the extent and degree of macroeconomic measures of effectiveness and influence on each other, in order to take all appropriate economic policies and ideas, in order, to achieve economic objectives, changing conditions in the business environment and improve it. Finally, has it been a practical test of Hisao causality between export revenues (oil and non -oil) and economic growth that results from it, is indicative of the lack of long-term equilibrium relationship between economic growth export revenues (oil and non -oil).

Methyl acetate production process simulation in heterogeneous reactive distillation system
Authors:
Seid Ali Mostajabi Gonabad
Abstract:
Methyl acetate is the etherification process by-product of acetic acid and methanol. In conventional method to attain high purity product two reactors and eight separation towers were utilized despite the fact that a high purity product can be obtained via a reactive distillation tower (RD) system. RD tower is obtainable via a non-equilibrium modelling. Therefore, its error due to equilibrium modelling is rectified. RD tower utilization leads to a reduction in the number of equipments, costs and operation time.
