A New Hybrid Optimization Model Based on Imperialistic Competition and Differential Evolution Meta-Heuristic and clustering Algorithms
Authors:
Reza Narimani Ahmad Narimani
Abstract:
Metaheuristic algorithms such as imperialistic competition algorithm and differential evolution are now becoming powerful methods for solving many difficult optimization problems. In this paper, we propose a new meta-heuristic method; this method is based clustering Algorithm that is implemented by the local search in each cluster and global search between the leaders of each clusters. We also intend to combine the advantages of existing algorithms into the new optimization model based clustering Algorithm. In each cluster, we use the behavior of the colony in the ICA and the DE for the leader to survey the search space. After a detailed explanation of this algorithm, we will then compare the proposed model with the other algorithms such as: particle swarm optimization, genetic, imperialistic competition and differential evolution algorithms. The results show the ability of this new algorithm in dealing with different types of optimization problems.

Survey of higher education students answering to the math questions based on different levels of cognitive technical Guilan Bloom
Authors:
Ahmad Hedayatpanah
Abstract:
Nowadays, an effort to improve the learning process, instead of using modern techniques and traditional methods in active learning is essential. Among these active methods, problem solving has been considered as a new approach for promoting the learning process. In this regard, it has been attempted to remedy some of the shortcomings of the design test questions are examined in Bloom's cognitive levels.
This study aims to evaluate student performance in math based on Bloom's taxonomy, based on 241 samples comprising 156 boys and 85 girls in the class were.

Empirical study of the Logistical Role of Sea ports
Authors:
Hassan Jafari
Abstract:
Iran may be remarked for having high and exceptional geopolitical position in the area and world and potentially it is counted as a logistic country. Thus, due to this vintage of strategic situation of the country by enhancing and progressing the ports of the country and also developing the value added servicing in the ports can be advantageous for national reproduction and income and prepare the seeds for the high success fields of the maritime great industry and port's logistic on which guarantee the employments, eradicating deprivation, economic growth and technology upgrading. So it is clearly obvious to see the port's economic lead toward the creating and supporting the value giving supplementary activities in these few decades ago, and by this recognizing the train of the whole port activities of the value added policy. Ports are changed from traditional shape onto a modern condition and this made it a golden opportunity for the economic situation growth in the ports and beside to the suitable geographical position of the countries that by using and implementation some value add activities and management can reach to the independence national impure reproduction without oil resources, all are surveyed in this study.

Estimation of Depth from Gravity survey using Radial Amplitude Spectrum method (Case Study: Ajichai Area, East Azerbaijan, Iran)
Authors:
Ahmad Alvandi, Rasoul Hoseini Asil
Abstract:
In this paper we applied an effective method for depth determination of a buried structure from gravity anomalies. The Radial Amplitude Spectrum method for potential field survey is found useful for finding the depth values and statistical properties of the source distribution. This method is applied to field survey from the Ajichai area (Iran). All map images used in this paper have been generated using surfer software.

Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Profitability of Islamic and Conventional Financial Institutions
Authors:
Nadeem Iqbal; Naveed Ahmad; Mehreen Kanwal
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to compare the level, impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) among Islamic and Conventional Banking system in relationship with earning per share (EPS), return on asset (ROA), return on equity (ROE). An empirical analysis is conducted, based on the annual reports of 4 banks for the year 2010-2011. To verify the relationship between EPS, ROA, ROE and CSR regression models are used. The results shows that there is lack of CSR in Pakistan and the regression model shows that there is positive relationship between profitability (EPS, ROA, ROE) and CSR practices. The Financial institutions which implements CSR in theirs operations earn more profit for the long term periods.

Abstract:
The present research studies the effective factors of employees' empowerment and introducing the strategies for its improvement in the IRAN KHODRO company. For this purpose, the effective approaches, aspects and factors and various empowerment ways are studied. In this research, delegation of authority, group formation, independence, providing participatory management and information in decision making were assessed as the main ways of empowerment; in this regard, the results of research confirm all of the foregoing. On the other side by making gap analysis on these aspects, their status was analyzed more precisely in the organization. In the end, we benefit from the obtained results to provide suggestions on employees' empowerment.

Study of targeted subsidies and its impact on urban management
Authors:
Hossein Ebrhaimzadeh Asmin
Abstract:
By  transition  in industry and market economical structures , flattens  the path for development  of national economy and flowering of potential capacities as well as improvement of consumption pattern ; and the extensive effects of this great economical transition will be observable on various activities of social, developmental, urban services , urban transportation and organization's financial and official realms .operational strategies which contribute to improvement of economical effects of performing this plan are presented through five general groups .generally, though according to classics view , decrease in revenues results necessarily in service reduction in order to preserve the budget balance ,but according to the new finance theories , in current year albeit prediction of revenue reduction , in order to make balance in urban socio- economic situation , not only municipality can reduce its attempts and activities but also it must be responsible for social expectation as desirable as possible and finance the budget deficite due to new expectations and circumstances from other resources ; thus, we observe the minimum disturbance volume within municipality's activities and public aggregations so that we can get rid of this necessary economical operation with the minimum cost .

Authors:
Abbas Parvar; Rouhollah Radjabi; Najmeh Azimi zadeh
Abstract:
Many negative effects of pesticide usage lead to application of integrated pest management methods including biological agent application. Habrobracon hebetor regarded as effective larval parasitoid of heliothis and corn stem borer in tomato and corn fields of Kerman province, Iran. Designed questionere used for data collecting from farmers. In general, results showed that family number, field ownership, farmer's relationship with corporative agricultural organs, social behavior amount, field workers, fertilizer type, weed control method, mind leadership in biological control and educational-extension activities are important factors decreasing pesticide usage in fields. Biological agent usage development and programming play effective role on adoption of this new technology, then it is recommend extension of biological control of pest by field agricultural school for farmers in order to increase their knowledge on this new technology which it lead to its adoption among farmers.
